About ONE60 Elgin

With an impressive million square feet of office space, ONE60 Elgin is the third-largest building in Ottawa and was built in 1971 as Place Bell. Standing at 27 storeys, ONE60 Elgin is on Elgin Street right across from Ottawa City Hall.

In 2001, HR Reit acquired the building and began a 2-year renovation program in 2015.

Our distinct atrium glass, placed in front of the building, helps channel warm sunlight into our fully accessible property. This distinguished building contains a shopping concourse and the Cuisine Club, a restaurant lounge filled with multiple delicious offerings, located on the ground floor. Modern and elegant, the Cuisine Club is equipped with Wi-Fi, charging stations, and comfortable seating for over 200 guests. The rear of the building also has an automated and manned parking garage for your convenience.

During the winter, ONE60 Elgin’s heated sidewalks provides you with momentary relief as you step out to your busy day.  This elegant and professional office tower is filled with welcoming staff and plenty of room to be social.
